Horseback riding is an inherently dangerous activity and involves risks that may cause serious injury and in some cases death, because of the unpredictable nature and behavior of horses, regardless of their training and past performance. Client voluntarily assumes the risk and danger of injury or death or property damage inherent in the saddle fitting process. If the horse is hard to handle, bites, kicks, or is in season, please inform us before we begin. Double Clear Saddle Fitting LLC does not accept liability for any injury to the rider or the horse. You understand that there is inherent risk in working with horses. You understand that you are taking recommendations at your own risk, and Double Clear Saddle Fitting LLC cannot control whether such advice is followed correctly. You agree to release and hold harmless Double Clear Saddle Fitting LLC (including its owners, employees, contractors, associates, and/or collaborators) from any property damage to equipment or physical problem with horse or rider. *WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL RIDERS WEAR AN ASTM/SEI CERTIFIED HELMET WHEN MOUNTED FOR FITTINGS.* Saddle fitters can only fit the horse that is presented to them on the day of the appointment. Horses can and do change shape due to work, age, environment, health, diet, and other reasons. Double Clear Saddle Fitting LLC takes careful notes and tracings for our records to enable us to determine tree width, panel design, asymmetry, etc. and use these records for comparison in the future. Double Clear Saddle Fitting LLC will endeavor to suggest the best possible product(s) for the horse at the current moment in time. Any decisions on the ultimate selection of a saddle, especially the rider options such as seat size, knee roll, flap length, and leather color and type, are solely those of the purchaser.
